Easy Living Management Ltd was established in January 2007 with the intention of providing a professional residential block management service to both property developers and residents.

We are a family owned business, whose staff have over 12 years experience of all areas of property management including lettings, arrears, maintenance and inspections as well as specific experience of managing residential apartment blocks throughout England & Wales.

We offer a full service to residents, based on a regular charge, which provides for the following:

• Annual budgeting for the services provided for in the lease
• Collection & accounting for regular service charge payments
• Arranging services including cleaning, landscaping, window cleaning, building insurance etc
• Invoice payments
  Monthly inspections of the communal areas
• Processing residents correspondence and phone calls
• 24 hour emergency contact

We would happily tender for any size residential development throughout the North West of England & North Wales.
